The HR Generalist will be supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This role involves a mix of administrative and strategic responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years minimum experience in an HR role, preferably as a generalist.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
- 2 years minimum of talent acquisition experience.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with multi-site operations and remote workforce support.
