Giving back to the community matters to Peak. Volunteering strengthens the communities we live in, brings people together and provides our employees with valuable experience and awareness to help them grow as an individual. Our employees volunteer 16 hours of their time annually toward the many causes and organizations scattered throughout Michigan.
Employee Development & Training
Whether you are new to the Peak team or are a seasoned employee, Peak believes in investing and developing our workforce. When new hires arrive at Peak, training begins with our sixth month Onboarding Program and Peak’s Peer Mentoring Program.
In addition to new hires, all active employees complete an average of 33 hours of online training annually, specifically designed for the property management industry. We also seek out external training geared toward our workforce’s current needs and roles within our organization.
