THE JOB
Smile, you found us! Looking for a career change in 2026? Come find out what makes Peak “THE PLACE” to work and live. Peak is looking for a “ROCKSTAR” Regional Transitions Manager to join our corporate team.
Ideal candidate will lead the onboarding and integration of newly acquired apartment communities across a multi-state region. - Proven ability to take over and stabilize underperforming or newly acquired properties.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines under compressed transition timelines.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly with unfamiliar teams.
